iBudokan's Fitness Apps offer different methods for bodybuilding and other sports activities. Each application provides exercises in the form of high quality videos. 
The techniques are filmed from different angles, including a multi-view, top view and side view so that it is possible to work out all the details of each exercise.
Each method features different levels of difficulty which allows the user to reach his fitness goals.

iBudokan Fitness - Mompower Beginner:

"Mompower-Beginner" is an application that presents you with several series of muscle-building exercises that can be performed by users who are beginners in this discipline. Each exercise is presented in the form of video clips filmed from different angles, including multiview, front view and top view. The Mompower applications are presented by Fred Mompo, who has received numerous honors
during his career, of which 5 are as world champion in natural body-building.

iBudokan Fitness - Impact Cross Training:

IMPACT CROSS-TRAINING (ICT) est une méthode d’entraînement sportive innovante, créée par Christophe Pourcelot. L’application présente trois niveaux d’entraînement : niveau initié, niveau confirmé et niveau athlète. Chaque exercice est filmé sous différents angles pour permettre de saisir chaque détail de la technique. Christophe Pourcelot est éducateur sportif diplômé d’Etat HACUMESE, préparateur physique et instructeur en tir + sport au sein de la Police Nationale.
